Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my monthly conversions?
If you reach your monthly limit, you can upgrade to a higher plan or wait until your credits reset at the beginning of the next month. We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor Polar.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days for a full refund.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your converted files remain accessible for 30 days after cancellation. After that, they're securely deleted from our servers. We recommend downloading all your files before cancelling.
Do you offer yearly billing?
